Terms of Service

These terms govern access to PostBod. If an order form or separately signed agreement applies, that agreement controls to the extent of a conflict.

Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, accepting an order, or using PostBod, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. You must have legal capacity to contract and, if acting for an organization, authority to bind it. The contracting PostBod entity and any additional commercial terms will be identified at checkout, in an order form, or in a separate agreement.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, use individual accounts, and notify support promptly of suspected misuse. Workspace owners control membership, roles, connected accounts, content, and settings. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account and for removing access when a user no longer requires it.

3. The service

PostBod provides brand-context management, assisted content creation, asset and document context, templates, approvals, scheduling, publishing, connected analytics, and related workflows. Features depend on plan, configuration, region, third-party permissions, and technical availability. We may improve or change the service while preserving materially purchased functionality during a paid term where reasonably possible.

4. Customer content

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant PostBod a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service under your instructions and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights, notices, consents, permissions, and lawful basis required for submitted content, connected data, people depicted, trademarks, music, claims, audiences, and publishing instructions. You are responsible for final review and publication.

5. AI features and output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output produced for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review accuracy, substantiation, intellectual property, disclosures, bias, platform rules, and applicable advertising or industry requirements. Do not rely on output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

As between you and PostBod, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in your input and receive any rights PostBod may have in output. This does not guarantee that output is protectable or exclusive.

6. Connected services

When you connect a social network, storage provider, authentication provider, or other service, you authorize PostBod to access and act on data within the permissions granted. Those services have separate terms and may change APIs, permissions, limits, review requirements, or availability. PostBod is not responsible for third-party services, but we will use reasonable care in our integrations.

7. Plans, credits, taxes, and payment

Fees, billing frequency, included credits, limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are in USD and taxes are additional. AI credits have no cash value, may be limited to the applicable term, and are consumed as shown before an operation. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider under its terms. Refunds are available only when required by law or stated in the applicable order.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use PostBod unlawfully, compromise the service, evade limits, violate another person's rights, publish deceptive or harmful material, or manipulate platforms. We may investigate and restrict activity necessary to protect the service, users, providers, and public.

9. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party will protect non-public information received from the other using reasonable care and use it only to perform the agreement. Exclusions apply to information independently developed, rightfully received, publicly available without breach, or required to be disclosed by law. Our Privacy Policy describes controller activities. A data processing agreement may be available for eligible customers.

10. PostBod property and feedback

PostBod and its licensors own the service, software, interfaces, documentation, and branding, excluding customer content. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown in your account or order. We may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, legal requirements, material breach, or activity that threatens the service or others. Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. After termination, access ends and data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable order.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” PostBod disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. PostBod's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing terms and local rights

The governing law, courts, and dispute process will be identified by the contracting entity in checkout, an order form, or a separately signed agreement. Mandatory consumer, privacy, or other local rights remain unaffected. Before those commercial details are presented, do not infer a governing jurisdiction from the postbod.app domain.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will receive notice where required. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions: legal@postbod.app.
