1. Responsibility for use
You are responsible for prompts, source material, generated output, audiences, account connections, schedules, and published content. Use PostBod only for lawful business or creative purposes and apply appropriate human review.
2. Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use PostBod to create, facilitate, promote, or distribute illegal activity; credible threats or incitement; exploitation or sexual content involving minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; human trafficking; terrorism; malware; fraud; or instructions primarily intended to cause serious harm.
3. Deception, impersonation, and manipulation
Do not impersonate a person or organization without authorization, fabricate endorsements or evidence, conceal required sponsorship disclosures, conduct phishing, coordinate inauthentic behavior, manipulate civic processes, or generate deceptive media intended to mislead people about a material fact. Clearly disclose synthetic or altered media where law, context, or platform policy requires it.
4. Intellectual property, privacy, and publicity
Do not submit or publish content you lack rights to use. Do not expose personal data, track people unlawfully, scrape restricted data, create unauthorized biometric profiles, target protected or vulnerable groups unlawfully, or publish private information without an appropriate basis. Honor copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, and data protection rights.
5. Platform and audience integrity
Do not evade provider review, rate limits, account restrictions, advertising rules, or disclosure requirements. Do not buy or manufacture fake engagement, spam audiences, automate prohibited interactions, or use connected accounts beyond the permissions granted by their owner and provider.
6. Regulated and high-impact use
PostBod must not be used to make solely automated decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, or access to essential services. Marketing in finance, health, alcohol, gambling, politics, pharmaceuticals, and other regulated areas requires qualified review, evidence, disclosures, age and location controls, and compliance with local rules.
7. Security and service abuse
Do not probe or exploit the service without authorization, introduce malicious code, access another tenant, extract secrets, overwhelm infrastructure, bypass usage or payment controls, reverse engineer except where law permits, resell unauthorized access, or use output to train a competing model in violation of applicable terms.
8. Enforcement and reporting
We may remove content, limit generation or publishing, suspend connections, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation. We consider severity, recurrence, intent, impact, and remediation. Report abuse to abuse@postbod.app. Security vulnerabilities belong at security@postbod.app.
